Without doubt, the Brine Eraser lacrosse head is one of the best heads in the game. It is equipped with the special Offset design to help keepers gain good control and provide increased performance level during a tough game. Its open sidewall is designed to reduce the lacrosse head's weight, making it easier to carry and mobilized. It also has several sidewall holes to allow you to customize it.

It weighs 10.8 ounces and is designed for both men and women, and is NCAA approved and NFHS compliant.

    Good:
raking, large save area, cheaper, good outlet passes
    Bad:
    nothing
    Overall:
I really love this head. The scoop is great and picks up ground balls easily in really long grass. The stopping face is really big and the overall weight is surprisingly light.

I'm making really good outlet passes and I can clear accurately to the half way line no problem.

So yeah, it's light, accurate, is stiff and stays stiff in the heat and has a big face. Great head.

    Good:
Light, open sidewalls, oodles of stringing holes
    Bad:
You have to get used to the flex
    Overall:
Wow, the Eraser is the best goalie head I've ever owned! The offset give you great control and its open sidewall design makes it very light! I've owned all the others like the Guardian, Eclipse, Money and the Nemisis but this is so much better.

It feels really good to play with and has yet to show let me down. The only thing that concerns me is that it feels a little more flexible that I'd expect. But I'm getting used to it.

    Good buy.

  • Big face and big throat and big holes

    Good:
sidwall holes, light light light, good
    Bad:
    sling when you throw.
    Overall:
This is teh best goalie head! I've tried a Guardian, a Nemi and an Eclipse, and this rocks them all. The face has the most stoppage area out of all the heads, that's gotta be a good thing. One thing I did notice is that the throat is bigger than most of the other goalie heads. Weirldy and it slings forward, which I can't work out, but when you give it a go you'll get the feel of it.

I've owned it for a few months and so far I've been really happy with it. It's really light, a huge stopping area, and the white looks cool. The sidewalls have heaps of stringing holes so now probs there.

All in all, it's a great head, and I think better than the others.

  • Nearly as good as the Eclipse

    Good:
Grip, contoured throat, throws well with hard mesh, lots of sidewall holes
    Bad:
You have to string it with hard mesh, bottom stringingholes cracked
    Overall:
I'd always used an eclipse and was skeptical with this at first. If strung well it throws as well as the eclipse. It's firmer and it hasn't broken on me, yet. I love the contoured throat. It makes it easier to grip than the eclipse.

I also liked the Eraser more than the eclipse because of the extra sidewall holes and how they're open just a little bit more. Make sure to use hard mesh with this head. It's the only way I could get a chanelled pocket.

Unfortunately, my eraser cracked through the bottom string holes. It's still ok, but will swicth back to an eclipse if it falls apart any more.
